Week 1: The Summers Over Challenge

OK folks!  Here we go!  Next week I'll strive for better lighting and for the photo shoot to be while the kids are at school or sleeping.   :)  Please know that if you miss a day on the at-home challenge you can make it up by doing it twice in one day.  The challenge is about feeling great and successful.  Have a great week and EARN THOSE STICKERS!

This video is actually about 7 min.  It should only take a while to download the fist time you watch it (depending on your connection speed), after that it should be faster.

7 Days of Cardio

OK folks!  It's week 4!  Get on that treadmill or on the sidewalk and log 20 minutes of cardio each day this week!  I have heard so many of you telling me how much stronger you feel as a result of the challenge!  I am so happy to hear this and hope that you're learning that it only takes a little to feel a lot better about your strength and fitness level!

Push Ups!

The At-Home Challenge for this week is 20 push ups per day.  You can do them on your knees, on a wall or on your kitchen counter.  The video shows 10 push ups with good breathing cues so just follow along with it twice.
