7 Days of Cardio

OK folks!  It's week 4!  Get on that treadmill or on the sidewalk and log 20 minutes of cardio each day this week!  I have heard so many of you telling me how much stronger you feel as a result of the challenge!  I am so happy to hear this and hope that you're learning that it only takes a little to feel a lot better about your strength and fitness level!
